Complete welded sheet metal assemblies delivered ready-to-install: machine frames, mounting trays, exhaust ducts, conveyor guards and structural brackets. We combine laser cutting, bending, TIG/robot welding and surface treatment in one process chain, with jig-controlled dimensional accuracy.

Progressive and single-die metal stamping for terminals, contacts, EMI shields, springs, clips and custom flat-formed parts. In-house tooling workshop builds and maintains dies, ensuring stable quality over long production runs.

Custom sheet metal enclosures, equipment cabinets, chassis, mounting brackets and panels. Fiber laser cutting and CNC press brakes produce clean, accurate parts with bent tolerances of ±0.1 mm — ideal for control boxes, router enclosures and industrial equipment housings.

Deep drawing produces seamless cups, enclosures, cans, shells and housings from flat sheet — no welds, uniform wall thickness and significant material savings compared to machining from bar stock. Suitable for battery cans, sensor housings, and pressure vessels.

• Single-draw ratio up to 1.8:1, multi-stage drawing available
• Wall thickness 0.2 – 3.0 mm maintained within ±10%
