Implementation
We supplied belt-driven linear modules for long-travel transfer and ball-screw modules for short, high-precision stacking motions. Electric cylinders provided programmable clamping force, while compact pneumatic grippers handled electrode insertion.

- Cycle time reduced to 0.8 s per cell
- Stacking accuracy ±0.03 mm over 400 mm travel
