Implementation

NEMA 17 stepper motors drove the load/unload conveyor and film alignment axes. Compact ball-screw linear modules positioned the screen under the laminator roller, while pneumatic cylinders applied controlled bonding pressure.

Results

• Cycle time 4.5 s per unit
• Film alignment accuracy ±0.05 mm
• Bubble defect rate reduced below 0.3%
